Architectural experience

Brian Welsh has extensive experience in architectural practice including industrial, retail, commercial and high quality residential developments, and has managed a wide variety of building contracts from inception through detail and contract stages to completion.

Brian was a Director at Building Matters Ltd, and joined as Director of Buller Greenbury Associates in April 2001.

He is a practical designer, committed to keeping abreast with all aspects of developing design technology and has worked successfully on a variety of large and small building projects with a broad residential and commercial client base.
